Duncan here, founding member of DY.
I’ve been training presenters for over a decade and get really excited about working with research. There is so much fascinating and powerful work being done and I get to help researchers find their voice, enabling them to share it out to the world. I geek out about research storytelling and finding creative ways to engage audiences. Oh and on the side I hand make kitchen knives (no really).

Hi folks.
I’m Matt and I’ve been presenting to audiences and training presenters professionally for ten years now. I started out working in science centres, observatories, and science festivals. From the most poignant story to the completely silly bits, making a connection with my audience was the most rewarding part.
These days I work with DY Training to upskill academics and researchers, as a presentation trainer, I love seeing people grow in confidence as their skills develop. With some simple and honest advice, you too can tell your story, captivate your audience and communicate your work with impact.
